3 Shabunin S.V., Alekhin Yu.N., Nezhdanov A.G. Perinatal pathology in catte – actual problem of veterinary medicine

The analysis data of spread and manifestation forms of perinatal pathology in cattle are represented in the article. Mother-placenta-fetus system dysfunction, leading to the immunological crisis between mother and fetus, hemodynamic disorders in placenta and the changes of its barrier functions, inefficient oxygen and nutrient supply of fetus, is the cause of perinatal pathology. The wide spread of clinical forms of this pathology and its significance as the factor, constraining livestock development, provide the reason for perinatal pathology separation into a particular group of veterinary medicine problems and its research broadening. Key words: cattle fetus, calves, antenatal hypotrophy, hypoxia, omphalitis, hepatopathies.

Results of PCR and MFA of brain tissue samples from 40 wild animals hunted at the territories, where the vaccine "Rabivak-O333" was scattered, have been analyzed. Four cases of rabies have been identified. Subsequent partial sequencing revealed significant differences between the nucleotide sequence of the field isolates' and vaccine strain's genomes. Genotype VI isolates were detected in pigeons in six regions of Russia, two cases of Newcastle disease were observed in racing pigeons in Kursk region, and outbreak among ferrets in poultry farm was diagnosed in Yaroslavl region. Introduction of Newcastle disease virus genotype VII and five outbreaks among backyard chicken were registered in Kaliningrad region. Specific antibodies were detected in wild birds serum from eight regions of Russia. Key words: Newcastle disease virus, wild birds, monitoring, genotype, virulence.

23 Mustafaev A.R., Budulov N.R., Shikhragimov E.M., Salihov U.S., Gaidarbekova Kh.M. Improving measures against bovine leukemia on the sample of farms of the Dagestan Republic

Improving measures were held against bovine leukemia on the farms with different epizootic situation in the Republic of Dagestan. The virus of bovine leukemia causes enormous economic damage to cattle raising, and the only method of recovery is the conducting of curative and preventive measures. While carrying out organizational and antileukemic health measures on the farms we managed to eradicate the virus of bovine leukemia and create a prosperous and clean from this virus herd of cattle livestock on the farms of the Republic. Key words: virus of bovine leukemia, antileukemic health activities, prevention.

26 Zhuravleva E.A., Shulyak A.F., Velichko G.N. Evaluation of ICT for detection bovine respiratory syncytial virus

Express-test for quality one-step detection HRSV by ICT ("RSV-Stick", Novamed Ltd.) detects BRSV in cell culture, clinic and pathological samples. Sensitivity, demonstrative, specificity, absence of cross reactions with other wide spread bovine viruses make perspective using it in veterinary practice. Key words: bovine respiratory syncytial virus, immunochromatographic method.

31 Dandal A.Sh., Abdulloev Kh.S., Kulakov V.Yu., Frolov S.V., Ovchinnikova E.V. Reproduction of infectious
bronchitis virus in chicken embryos

Сultivation of the virus IB in SPF)embryos chickens for prediction of the accumulation of the pathogen with accuracy of up to ±0,38 lg CD50/0,1ml (p<0,05), interval at 70 hours can be used the results of real)time PCR. The most probable places of reproduction of the pathogen is tissue chorioallantoic shell. Next, the virus diffuses into allantoina cavity and, in the range of 28 – 36 hours cultivation, in most titre (to 6,5 lg CD50/0,1ml) accumulates in extraembryonic fluid, where, without significant loss of potency, can be stored up to 60 hours. In the amniotic diffusion of the virus is much slower. In the body tissues of embryo the virus is present in the lowest concentration. Key words: Infectious bronchitis virus, cultivation, SPF-embryos.

INVASIVE DISEASES

35 Safiullin R.T., Bondarenko L.A., Yablonsky S.A. Baymayt– effective against chicken mite

Studies have shown that in poultry houses, practicing outdoor chicken meat content-egg breed objects of the environment – floor, walls, walkways and technological equipment contaminated poultry houses invasive elements. Complete reorganization of the house)the liquor from ectoparasites in preparation using the recommended dose Baymayta, no chicken mite within 120 days after the transfer of the birds had a positive impact on safety, productivity–egg production and egg production is average, and the cost of feed. Key words: chicken, floor maintenance, chicken mite, down-peroedy, beetle beetles, ground beetles, intensity of infection, Baymayt, trichlorfon, efficiency, production and economic indicators.

OBSTTETRICS, GYNECOLOGY

38 Narizhny A.G., Anisimov A.G., Dzhamaldinov A.Ch., Kreindlina N.I., Fainov A.A. Effect of feeding duration phospholipids indicators of boar semen and its fertilizing ability

The effect of feeding essential phospholipids breeding boars with low sperm motility and sperm pathology. Proved high effectiveness of phospholipids on parameters of sexual activity boars, qualitative and quantitative indicators of sperm fertility of sows. Best results were obtained with boars fed twice a day, 5 g Mosletsitin preparation containing 97 % of phospholipids essential for 3 months. Key words: essential phospholipids, breeding boars, pathology sperm insemination of sows, piglets safety.

41 Gerasimov V.N., Lunicyn A.V., Kislov I.E., Kolbasov D.V., Hudycov M.N., Suholeyster K.V., Burdinsky O.N. Biological safety and biosecurity at work with pathogens in VNIIVViM

The article presents generalize experience VNIIVViM on biological safety (BS) and biosecurity (BR) to work with especially dangerous pathogens and exotic animal diseases, including anthropozoonosis. Subjected to a critical analysis of all aspects of the safe operation of the facility – engineering – technical and technological support, training requirements and works with pathogens especially dangerous diseases, specific preventive and regulatory – legal framework. Noted VNIIVViM compliance with modern requirements and BB BRs, thus ensuring the stability of the object in these areas. We studied the analgesic activity of alcohol-water extracts from Chimaphyla umbellata (L.) W. Barton and Pyrola rotundifolia L. on models of acute exudative and chronic proliferative inflammation at rats. Extracts of plants of the family Pyrolaceae 100 mg / kg when administered intragastrically laboratory animals have statistically significant beneficial effect of inhibiting inflammation main stages.
