This article is about general characteristics of the enzootic pneumonia, its economic importance. Diagnosis is based on different assays. Vaccination is one of the most important strategies to control EP. Immunization by currently available inactivated vaccines improves production performance, but it cannot prevent colonization of M.hyo. 21        Lelyak A.A., Lelyak A.I., Revkov N.V., Tareeva I.A. The analysis of otitis externa etiology in pets

The given article contains the data on a range of the agents causing Otitis Externa. The data was obtained from the clinical trials in cats and dogs. The article also presents the findings of the investigations into susceptibility of the isolated microbial strains to the most common and used antibiotics at present. It has been found that among microbes which areagents causing external otitises in small domestic animals, aerobic bacteria of the family Enterobacteriaceae, genus Staphylococcus are often observed, and bacteria of genus Pseudomonas are to a lesser extent. Escherichia coli and Enterobacter cloacae have appeared etiologically significant among the enteric bacteria. Staphylococcus aureus has been found more often than other representatives of the coccal microflora. In studying the susceptibility of the isolated cultures to antimicrobial drugs it was determined that the isolated cultures are resistant to β-lactam antibiotics, susceptibility of every pathogen to the cephalosporins and fluoroquinolones being preserved. Avian adenovirus was isolated from the liver of 18-days old chickens from the farm in Belgorodskaya Oblast. In 2012, virus was isolated on the culture of LMH-cells with the signs of cytopathic effect, and identified using RT-PCR method followed by the sequencing of the hexon gene fragment as avian adenovirus type D. Using experimental oral infection process on 7-days old broiler type chickens we witnessed the development of inclusion body hepatitis. Key words: avian adenovirus, hepatitis with inclusion bodies.

29        Abdulloev Kh.S., Dandal A.Sh., Frolov S.V., Kulakov V.Yu. Day old vaccination against infectious bronchitis virus

We used commercial chickens having passive immunity to the infectious bronchitis virus, some of them were vaccinated against IBV at the age of 1 day. After 7 days the chickens were challenged. It was found that, serum antibody titers in chickens of both groups had no significant difference at the challenge moment. However, vaccinated chickens were more resistant to challenge. Average vaccination efficiency at 5 – 14 days after challenge was 66,34 %. Key words: avian infectious bronchitis, vaccination, passive immunity.

In the plains of Kabardino-Balkaria fauna complex parasites of cattle and small livestock animals is, respectively, 287 and 325 species of ekto- and endoparasites. The most frequently in cattle and sheep of different age populations occur association fasciolae, dicrocoelium, teniid, intestinal strongyles (bunostomum, nematodirus, trihostrongilyus, gemonhus, hаbertia) moniezia, eimeria, iodides and midges. The efficiency of antioxidative and immunomodulatory drugs application for postpartum uterus and mammary gland diseases, dysfunctional disorders of sexual glands in cows and diarrheal syndrome in neonatal calves in connection with their etiological peculiarities are considered in the article. It is stated that evident response activity to pharmacological drug administration from the side of homeostatic and reproductive organism systems is typical for animals of active behavioral type. Etiological factors causing mastitis are microorganisms which penetrate from the environment or by the contact. Mastitis prevention in the dry period is the main factor for the mammary health. Using of Orbenin EDC and OrbeSeal on the first day of the dry period keeps the bovine mammary from being infected. At meat research on trichinosis by a classical technique of digestion for preparation of artificial gastric juice it is necessary to use proteolytic preparations of firms of Aсros, the Sigma intended for biochemistry. At automated peptolize for allocation of larvae trichinella also it is necessary to use pepsins of firms of Aсros, Sigma and Merck. New strain of bovine fetal lung LPK included in Cell Culture Collection VIEV. In the work reported here we examined sensitivity of cell culture LPK to bovine viruses.
