This paper presents a comprehensive assessment of impact inflicted on the russian economy by the ASF epizooty. In the period from 2008 to 2014 ASF became widely spread among domestic swine and wild boar population. Its outbreaks were reported in 36 subjects of the European part of the RF. Based on the available incomplete data the overall economic losses were estimated 23,602 billion rubles. Key words: African swine fever, economic impact, epizooty, contraepizootic measures.

The article presents the results of molecular & serological monitoring of respiratory diseases in cattle farms of the North-West region of Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to identification of bovine viral diarrhea virus. Key words: cattle, monitoring, respiratory diseases.

24        Afonyushkin V.N.,  Aksenov A.N., Filipenko M.L. Detection of antibodies against virus  in broilers with low productivity

Modified medical ELISA test system allows serological monitoring flavivirus infection in poultry farms. A survey some of them give a possibility tosuggest that this infection is accompanied by slowdown of broilers growth, which manifests by a decrease of average daily gain. Key words: flavivirus, broilers, ELISA test.

At experimental clamidiosis of rats the complex the patomorfologicheskikh of changes of a specialized epithelium of seed tubules is registered. It is connected, first of all, with primary damage of the vascular course at the level an endoteliya that is caused by localization of hlamidiya in cages of seed plants. Key words: clamidiosis, testes, epididymit, spermatogenny epithelium, spermatogenesis.

This report represents some results of in vitro and/or in vivo comparison of an inactivating effect of 6 new disinfectants belonging to various structural chemical classes and designed against African swine fever (ASF) virus. The preparations Triosept-Endo, Biodez-Extra, Biodez-Extra DVU, Agrigerm 1510 and Teotropin-P, and also chloramine B recommended for use under the “Regulations for ASF Prevention and Eradication Campaigns” (1980), exhibited some comparable inactivating effect levels against ASF virus present in contaminated soil and/or water. Key words: African swine fever, virus, disinfectants, cell culture, pigs.

NONINFECTIOUS DISEASES

39        Khamiruev T.N., Partilhaeva T.L. The hematological and immunobiological parameters of austrian simmental cattle

There morphological, biochemical parameters of cow-heifers were studied and indicators of their immunobiological reactivity were carried out in order to control the physiological conditions. The animals were imported from Austria to farm “Baikalskoe” of Kabansky area Republic of Buryatia. The biochemical data of heifers which were born by Austrian cow-heifers in farm conditions are presented. There were established the changeableness of hematological and immunobiological parameters depend of origin and season of year, but the dynamic of changeableness was in limit of physiological standard. The analysis of leukogram and immunobiological reactivity of fresh cows is argumentative of more adapted to the habitat conditions. So, the difference on phagocytic activity in favor of control group made 1,6 %, lysozymic activity – 2,5 % ( p > 0,95 ). Key words: austrian simmental, cattle, hematology, hemoglobin, immunobiological reactivity, leucocytes, total protein, erythrocytes.
