17 Arakelyan P.K., Dimov S.K., Dimova A.S., Arapchor M.Sh-O., Kerimova G.O., Baulin E.M., Zajkova T.A. The efficiency conjunctiva immunization with live vaccine from strain B. abortus 19 small ruminants
There was proved antiepizootic, anti-epidemic and prophylactic efficacy of conjunctival immunization of sheep and goats against brucellosis live vaccine from strain of B. abortus 19 at a dose of 4 billion microbial cells (reduced by 10 times compared with subcutaneous) in the whole complex antibrucellar activities at the disadvantaged and endangered areas. The conjunctival method of application of vaccine strain 19 has a harmless and easy to use. Its annual use in disadvantaged and endangered flocks allows unimpeded (thought 4 months after each immunization/reimmunization) to post-vaccination study animals in order to timely detect hidden carrier of brucellosis, control epizootic welfare of flocks, and its differential diagnostic evaluation using O-PS antigens from B.abortus and B.melitensis on brucellosis, caused B.melitensis. Key words: brucellosis , B. melitensis, small cattle , disadvantaged and threatened flock, immunization, live vaccine from strain of B. abortus 19, conjunctival method, postvaccinal diagnosis, differential epizootic evaluation, efficiency.
21 Starikov V.A., Mikhalishin D.V., Lyozova T.N., Mikhalishin V.V. Comparative examination of immunogenicity of sorbate and emulsion vaccines for cattle
Type A and O sorbat vaccines containing 6 µg of immunogenic components demonstrated insufficient activity for young animals and cattle. Following vaccination at early stages a universal sorbat vaccine induced virus neutralizing antibodies at a rate of 6.40-7.40 log2 but the titre decreased up to 5.00±0.27 log2 by day 90. Emulsion vaccines created the same level of humoral immunity in cattle by day 14-21 after vaccination as a universal sorbat vaccine. The antibody titre did not change during the observation period (90 days). Key words: adjuvant, FMD vaccine, antibodies, antigen, FMDV, strain, immunifacient component, immunization, infection, cattle.
26 SpiridonovA.N.,Irza V.N., KonstantinovA.V., DolgovD.L., ZuevY.V. The study of resistance to velogenic Newcastle disease virus in vaccinated pigeons
The main purpose of this work is to study resistance in vaccinated pigeons to highly virulent strain of Newcastle disease virus when using different vaccination schemes. Magnitude of immune response in vaccinated birds was assessed by hemagglutination inhibition (HI) assay. Experimental inactivated vaccine against ND induced high titer antibody response in pigeons and did not cause postvaccinal reactions of general and local character in pigeons. When challenged with highly virulent ND virus the pigeons immunized only with live or inactivated vaccine or with both vaccines at the same time developed no clinical signs compared to the birds in the control group where clinical signs related to ND and deaths were observed. Keywords: vaccine, pigeons, Newcastle disease.
INVASIVE DISEASES
30 NovikovaS.V., ZubarevV.N., DragunkinaO.S.Efficacy of the drug Ricazol against nematodes and trematodes of sheep
The new drug Ricazole with the active substance ricobendazole showed high anthelmintic effect against different types of nematodes and trematodes of sheep at a dose of 1 ml/12,5 kg body weight. Key words: sheep, albendazole, antihelminthic, ricobendazole.
OBSTTETRICS, GYNECOLOGY
32 PlemyashovK.V., DmitrievaT.O., PotapovaA.Yu. Synthetic Beta-carotene in the stabilization of the estruse cycle in dogs at avarian disunction
The article describes the causes of ovarian dysfunction and disorders of estrous cycle in dogs. A method of the prevention and correction measures based on synthetic beta-carotene. In the first series of experiment 15 dogs over 5 years were studied, with an early manifestation of a estrus disorders. Ovaries were examined histologically after theovariogistereetomia. It was revealed cystic degeneration of follicles in 74,0 % of cases. In a second series of experiments the clinical efficacy of beta-carotenewas investigated. The use of the drug in breeding females (n = 90) during puberty worked as a prophylactic measures. It was justified from the point of view of prevention and treatment of ovarian dysfunction. Key words: estrous cycle, dogs, ovarian dysfunction, synthetically Beta-carotene.

47 Engashev S.V., Dgalilov R.Yu., Novak M.D., Abramov V.E. Ketonorm – effective in preventing ketosis cattle
The results show a positive effect of the Ketonorm for patients with ketosis cows. Adaptogenic drug Ketonorm promotes energy potential and to stimulate the metabolic processes. Complex preventive measures in dairy complexes with a high risk state of acidosis, including the use of energy resources as Ketonorm will help preserve the health and optimize the service life of dairy cattle to increase milk production, reduce the likelihood of intrauterine pathology and increase the susceptibility of calves in the early postnatal period to infectious diseases. Key words: cattle, ketosis, Ketonorm, biochemical parameters.
50 MedvedevI.N., ParahnevichA.V.Krezacin and Gamavit for correction of the curtailing system of blood at newborn pigs with the most widespread violations
The newborn piglets with acute hypoxia coagulation activation develops, which creates the risk of thrombosis in vessels. Use Krezacin and Gamavit for these animals is able to fully normalize coagulation activity of plasma. PHARMACOLOGY AND TOXICOLOGY
54 BoudarkovV.A.Сomparative evaluation of economical efficiency of keeping hens subjected to a chronical effect of 131I
Comparatively low doses of 131I (namely, 0,11 and 1,1 MBq/kg) did not change drastically or raised the productivity levels while some higher doses (>2,1 MBq/kg) resulted in a severe decrease in the product output. These changes were predominantly caused by malfunctions of poultry egg-laying qualities. The offspring of these hens kept up to 3-month age demonstrated some drop in their productivity levels. The productivity decrease rates as observed for the offspring correlated with the dosage of the radionuclide having been delivered into the organisms of their parents, so that the higher the dose was used, the lower the product output level was noted. Кey words: 131I, hens and their progeny, economical efficiency of keeping.
