INFECTION DISEASE
18 Berdyukova I.V., Yu.A. Vatnikov, Rudenko P.A. Microbiocenosis of biotopes in cats with panleukopenia
In case of viral infections, including panleukopenia in cats, favorable conditions are created in the macroorganism for activation of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms. Reproduction of the accompanying conditionally pathogenic microflora can significantly complicate the course of the underlying disease. At the same time, conditionally pathogenic microorganisms that are representatives of the resident and transient microflora of the macroorganism can have a harmful effect on the body when the ecological balance of the major and minor microbiota is disturbed. The analysis of these indicators will help to determine the mechanisms of development and progression of dysbiotic conditions, predict the severity of its course, and develop a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of therapeutic and preventive measures for cat panleukopenia. The article analyzes the accompanying microflora in panleukopenia in cats isolated from various biotopes of sick animals in the territory of Yasinovataya (DNR). It is established that when panleukopenia in cats in various biotopes of the body occurs dysbacteriosis, which is accompanied by a sharp decrease in the concentration of representatives of the normoflora and its replacement with pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms. Key words: cats, panleukopenia, biotope, dysbacteriosis, associated microflora.

INVASIVE DISEASE
34 Bursakov S.A. Theileriosis bovine
Along with other blood-parasitic diseases of cattle, which are carried by ticks, theileriosis pose a significant threat to livestock, leading to significant economic losses in agriculture. Variation climate conditions and an increase in the average of annual temperature on Earth lead to a change in the distribution area of ticks, causing a deterioration in the epizootic situation in them for theileriosis. This work presents the results of a molecular genetic examination of Theileria spp. in the blood of animals of six farms in the Russian Federation and the degree of their damage is established. Theileria spp. identified in cows in three farms with parasitemia rates of 29 %, 70 % and 80 %. The data obtained on the levels of infestation in cattle Theileria spp. allow drawing attention to the problem that can play a positive role in animal husbandry in Russia for the formation of a healthy livestock of cattle. Key words: theileriosis, Theileria spp., cattle, molecular methods.

37 Safiullin R.T., Kriuchkova E.N., Abalihin V.G., Sokolov E.A. Parasitological fauna and food ties of minks in conditions of nature habitat
In the result of research of 132 minks, including 107 American and 25 European a new type of parasite has been discovered. American minks (Mustella vison) were infected 14 types of helminths: among which from trematodes class – 2, cestodes – 1, nematodes – 11. 11 types of helminths were found in European minks (Mustella lutreola): from trematodes class – 3, from nematodes – 8. Studies of food residues in the gastrointestinal tract of the noted representatives of the mustelids family made it possible to establish food connections of the noted predators with populations of vertebrates and invertebrates – intermediate and additional hosts of various helminths, which explain the high efficiency of nematodes, trematodes and cestodes. Key words: American, European minks, extensiveness of the invasion, nematodes, trematodes, cestodes, food connections with intermediate and additional hosts.

40 Nikolaev S.V., Konopeltsev I.G. Antimicrobial properties and effectiveness of ozonized linseed oil in endometritis in cows
The search for alternative means for the treatment of inflammatory diseases in highly productive cows of bacterial etiology, which do not cause antibiotic resistance and do not reduce the quality of the products obtained, is an urgent task for veterinary obstetrics. As such, ozonated linseed oil (OLM) was tested, obtained by bubbling linseed oil with an ozone-oxygen mixture for four hours using a ceramic sprayer at an ozone concentration of 30 mg/liter. In the course of bacteriological studies, it was established that two-hour incubation of the drug with a bacterial culture inhibits the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in a dilution of 108 MT in ml, Citrobacter bacteria at a concentration of 106 MT and Streptococcus agalactiae in a dilution of 107 MT in ml. Evaluation of the therapeutic effectiveness of OLM was performed on cows of holmogorsky breed with signs of postpartum purulent-catarrhal endometritis. For this purpose, 2 groups of animals were formed based on the principle of analogues. The experimental group used the OLM and the control antibiotic containing preparation traincar. During 5 months of observation, all animals were fertilized in the control group, and 93,3 % in the group where OLM was used. At the same time, after the first insemination, 47 % of cows were fertilized in the experimental group, which is 27 % more than in the control group. The average duration from calving to fertilization in the OLM group was 104 days, which is 21 days less (P<0,05) compared to the control group. Studies have shown that the use of OLM did not lead to the appearance of inhibitors in the milk. Key words: cows, endometritis, linseed oil, ozone, therapy.

43 Zeynalov O.A., Belova E.E., Mukaseev S.V., Beloglazov D.V. Recovery the reproductive function of cats after prolonged use of oral bihormonal drug SEX BARRIER®
Studied the process of the cats reproductive function recovery after the end of a long (more than 2 years) use of the oral bihormonal drug SEX BARRIER® for the regulation of sexual behavior. As a result, it was found that in 3 – 4 weeks after the drug was discontinued, sexual cyclicity was synchronously restored in all animals, and then, with an individual difference in timing, pregnancy began, which ended in the birth of healthy offspring. At the same time, in 60 % of cases, pregnancy, which ended in the birth of the first litter, occurred already after 3,5 – 4,5 months, despite the fact that, according to the conditions of the experiment, mating with a cat was carried out after the second estrus. Key words: cats, reproductive function, recovery, oral bihormonal drug SEX BARRIER®, pregnancy.
NONINFETIOUS DISEASE
50 Korobchuk M.V., Karklin A.I. Hoof correction techniques for horses and ponies with chronic laminitis
Equine laminitis is one of the most severe diseases that affect horses' hooves. In most cases, acute laminitis easily becomes chronic. In this article, the authors made an overview of existing methods of hoof wall correction for hooves with a deformed structure that occurs as a consequence of the laminar wedge formation. The literature contains descriptions of both well-known, widely used in modern veterinary practice methods of trimming (methods of Sind and Gross), and not widely used (methods of Hingst and Bayer&Imminger). The authors of the present paper suggest a new technique of trimming that corrects hoof wall in the early stages of chronic laminitis. Using the proposed method helps to achieve positive dynamics in medium-sized horses and ponies and significantly improve the quality of animal life. Key words: hoof, laminitis, chronic laminitis, lamellar wedge, laminitic hoof.

The influence of the carbohydrate-mineral feed additive LactoMin (53 % of lactose), the prebiotic additive LactuVet (15,6 % of lactulose) and the combination of LactuVet and the high-protein supplement Organic (82 – 83 % of crude protein) on the productivity of lactating cows was studied. The doses of feed additives were 250 g/day per head for LactoMin and LactuVet; 60 and 190 g/day for LactuVet and Organic mixture, respectively. In all experimental groups, there was an increase in milk yield and milk fat content, as well as a decrease in the consumed EFU per 1 kg of natural milk by respective 1,9; 2,9 and 4,8 %. Also, we observed a decrease in the amount of consumed feed mixture by respective 3,7; 4,4 and 6,6 %. LaktuVet in combination with Organic had the most positive effect on the amount of milk and fat content in milk. Its use during the experiment (90 days) contributed to stable increase in milk yield by 1,5 kg/day, as well as an increase in milk fat content by 0,07 %. All blood parameters of the experimental animals were within the physiological norm. Key words: feed additive LactoMin, LactuVet, Organic, dairy cows, lactulose, lactose, diet, productivity.
