For the first time, the article presents an analysis of the epizootic situation in cattle paratuberculosis in the Russian Federation for 1991-2019. It was found that earlier, and over the last 29 years of the analyzed period, there was no widespread paratuberculosis in Russia. So, the number of unsuccessful points ranged from 2 to 6 per year, patients with paratuberculosis, animals with a "clinical" form were identified in isolated cases, paratuberculosis disease did not become widespread. The authors believe that these facts are associated with the chronic course of the disease and the implementation of health-improving measures: regular culling of animals with a "clinic" of paratuberculosis, as well as old and low-productive animals. In addition, in dysfunctional farms, culling and slaughter of animals with positive reactions to serological and allergic tests is carried out. Key words: paratuberculosis, cattle, epizootological analysis, unfavorable points, clinical form, latent course, small intestine, bacteriological method, PCR method.

12 Svintsov R.A., Razzhivin A.V., Usachev E.A., Abramova E.G., Nikiforov A.K. Hematology analyzers of hematological parameters of producing animals in the production of medicines from

To monitor the hematological parameters of producers in the production of drugs from animal blood, the possibilities of modern veterinary hematological analyzers of class 3-diff, which determine more than 20 different indicators, are considered. The entire volume of hematological information is analyzed-indicators related to white blood cells, red blood cells and platelets. From the leukocyte group, the number of white blood cells (WBC), lymphocytes (LYM), medium cells (MID), and granulocytes (GRA) were considered. From red blood cells: the number of red blood cells in the blood (RBC), hemoglobin content (HGB), hematocrit (HCT), red blood cell indices (MCV, RDW-CV, RDW-SD, MCH, MCHC). Platelet count: the number of platelets in the blood, thrombocrit and platelet indices (MPV, PDW, P-LCR). The definition of each indicator, its technical characteristics, functional value, possible and most likely diagnostic scenarios when indicators go beyond the normal values are given. In addition to numerical indicators, the hematological analyzer draws histograms of the volume distribution of white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets. Characteristics of each of the 3 possible histograms, diagnostic approach to graphical data, and interpretation of their signals are given. Key words: monitoring of hematological parameters, producing horses, hematological analyzer, histogram, white blood cells, red blood cells, red blood cell indices, platelets, platelet indices.

The paper presents the results of studies on the creation of a cryobank of goat kid testicular cells subcultures, which are standardized by cytomorphological, growth characteristics and by the absence of contaminates, including ruminant lentiviruses. The results of the assessment of their permissivity to peste des petits ruminants virus, lumpy skin disease virus, and Aujeszky's disease virus demonstrates that this cellular system can be used for the isolation of field strains of these viruses. The sensitivity of this cell culture to the vaccine strain of classical swine fever allows us to consider the obtained cells as a reserve for biotechnology purposes. Key words: cell cultures, viruses, peste des petit ruminant, lumpy skin disease, Aujeszky's disease.

46 Grozina A.A., Vertiprakhov V.G., Kislova I.V., Ovchinnikova N.V., Koshcheeva M.V. Alterations in the hematological and biochemical blood parameters in broilers induced by the experimental mycotoxicosis

The effects of experimental T-2 toxicosis on the morphological and biochemical blood parameters were studied on four treatments of broiler chicks (cross Smena-8, 30 – 50 days of age, 10 birds per treatment) with similar initial live bodyweight in 2020. Control treatment 1 (intact control) was fed diet without T-2 toxin; experimental treatments 1, 2, and 3 were fed diets supplemented with T-2 toxin in concentrations 1, 2 and 4 maximal allowable levels (or 0,1; 0,2 and 0,4 mg/kg), respectively. It was found that all doses of T-2 toxin negatively affected the morphological and biochemical blood parameters: concentration of leukocytes in the intoxicated birds was lower by 5,8 – 18,9 % in compare to intact control, neutrophils by 8,8 – 35,1 %, monocytes 2 – 6-fold, eosinophils 2 – 3-fold, while concentration of basophils was 2 – 4-fold higher, lymphocytes higher by 9,5 – 52,0 % in compare to control, depending on the dose of the toxin and exposure period (the duration of consumption of infected feeds). The concentration of glucose in blood serum of the intoxicated birds changed abruptly and unevenly, with increases by 15,3 – 19,2 % and decreases by 9,9 – 17,4 % in compare to control; the activity of trypsin in serum decreased by 31,7 – 35,9 %, depending on the dose of the toxin and exposure period. The phosphatase-protease index (ratio of the activities of alkaline phosphatase to total proteases) in serum increased by 17,4 – 18,1 % in compare to control after 1 week of exposure to contaminated feeds; after 2 weeks of exposure the increases were 29,3 % in treatment 2 and 233,5 % in treatment 3 indicating serious metabolic disturbances in birds with severe experimental T-2 toxicosis. Key words: broilers, mycotoxins, biochemical blood parameters.

57 Novikova N.N. Use of colored brucellosis antigens in the micro-reaction of agglutination

The article discusses the possibility of using colored brucellosis antigens when staging an agglutination reaction using the micromethod. On the example of blood serum of guinea pigs immunized with vaccine strains of Brucella, which are in different antigenic forms S-, RS-, R. As a result of the studies carried out, it was found that both methods have sufficient sensitivity to diagnose brucellosis. At the same time, in the differential diagnosis of infection from post-vaccination reactions, it is more convenient to use colored R, S-antigens for RMA, since this method is 2 times more sensitive than traditional RA. Key words: brucellosis, agglutination reaction, antigens, sera, guinea pigs.
