3 Naimanov A.H., Mukovnin A.A., Celueva N.I. Monitoring of bovine tuberculosis of cattle status in the current conditions
The results of monitoring with allergic tuberculosis tests, in herds (farms) of healthy animals, where before were detected 73,6 % of animals with nonspecific reactions to tuberculin, skin fold 3 – 4 mm. There are the same criterions for interpretation reactions skin tests to tuberculin for infected and non-infected herds of cattle in Russian Federation. The authors of the article propose to make changes in the criterions for assessing the skin test for tuberculin for cattle herds free from bovine tuberculosis. Key words: cattle, eradication of infection, intradermal test, mycobacteria, tuberculosis, tuberculin.

8 Kashkovskaya L.M., Pankov I.Yu., Safarova M.I. Complex disinfection at poultry factory – bargain of veterinary welfare
It was established in the conditions of the poultry farm that complex treatment with Fulgard and Dezoklin provides a high quality of disinfection. The total number of bacteria in the air after disinfection decreased 2,6 times compared with the initial level. In addition, it was proved that Dezoklin efficiently sanitize the water supply system. Key words: veterinary well-being, disinfection, Dezoklin, poultry farm, Fugard.
11 Cavirani С. Vaccination planning to get the herd immunity in a cattle operation
Herd immunity, obtained through a correct immunization practice, is a pillar of control-eradication of many infectious diseases of humans and animals. Despite this evidence, it’s sad to realize that nowadays the vaccination practice is under a strong attack. Key words: vaccination strategy, herd immunity, antibody titre, respiratory disease.

High quality of sperm is one of the main reasons for the good fertility in females. Objective methods of sperm evaluation are needed. Computer-assisted semen analysis (CASA) allows automatic analysis of motility (total and progressive), concentration and morphology of spermatozoa. As a result a high variability of total and progressive motility in reindeer sperm was obtained - from 50 to 91 % (on average 73,3±2,86 %) and from 33 to 79 % (63,2±3 on the average, 44 %), respectively, and in the concentration of spermatozoa – from 0,25 to 1.2 billion / ml, an average of 0,61±0,12 billion / ml. The number of cells with intact membranes ranged from 65 to 85 %, (on average 79,6±2,33 %). A sharp drop in the total and progressive motility after freezing (on average by 60%, and in some cases to complete loss of motility) was observed. Also, a decrease in the number of cells with intact membranes was found to be 30 % on average. Computer analysis of sperm allows to objectively assess the quality of sperm in reindeer. Key words: spermatozoa, total motility, progressive motility, CASA, membranes, reindeer, ejaculate.

21 Ezdakovа I.Yu., Polyakov V.F. The level of immunoglobulins in the blood serum of various groups of cattle
Evaluation of the immune status, including the determination of the concentration of immunoglobulins in body fluids, is necessary for the timely correction of the state of the immune system in animals. The purpose of this work was to determine the quantitative content of immunoglobulins of classes M, G and A in the blood serum of calves, cows and bulls-producers of different breeds. Differences in the level of immunoglobulins in animals at different periods of ontogenesis are shown. The received data can have practical value at the organization of the actions directed on perfection of preventive maintenance of infectious diseases calves, cows, bulls. Key words: immunoglobulins, calves, cows, bulls, breeds.

24 Afonyushkin V.N., Shirshova A.N., Shamovskaya D.V., Plomodyalov D.N., Kozlova Yu.N. A study of the antiviral effect of drug Triviron on IBV
The spread of infectious chicken (ICB) in the Russian Federation has increased over the last 3 years despite widespread of specific prophylaxis. It is difficult to use antiviral drugs for treatment this disease in industrial poultry. The authors studied the effectiveness of suppressing reproduction of the IBK virus in bronchi and trachea of 2-week broiler chickens with Triviron based on synthetic ribonuclease. The broilers was treated with an aerosol of 1% solution this drug 3 times with an interval of 1 day with different exposure in a dose of 3ml/m3. A statistically significant decrease in the concentration of the agent after such treatment of the chicks was established within 40 min. Also the dynamics of accumulation aerosol particles of marker DNA molecules in the trachea and bronchi were studied. The yield of the growth curve of the concentration of DNA marker on the plateau in the trachea began after 20 min exposure of the aerosol with a droplet diameter of ~ 10 μm. After a 40 min exposure the concentration of marker DNA in the bronchi increased. The coincidence of the dynamics of accumulation of aerosol particles in the bronchi and trachea with data on the reduction in the concentration of the IBC virus at different exposure confirms the consistency of the developed model for evaluating the effect of Trivirone on the IBC virus in the body of broiler chickens. Key words: aerosol, broilers, virus, chicken infectious bronchitis, antiviral drugs, synthetic ribonucleases.
29 Mukhamedzhanova A.G., Chernov A.N., Efimova M.A. Review modern methods for laboratory diagnostics of rabies
The article presents an overview modern diagnostic methods of rabies based on identifying pathogen. Rapid and reliable diagnosis allows the correct conduct the control measures, which is especially important in conditions of worsening epizootic situation by this zooanthroponosis in the Russian Federation. Key words: antigen, antibodies, rabies, viruses, laboratory diagnostic, antigen indication.

INVASIVE DISEASE
33 Samoyloskaya N.A. Application of salt briquets with ivermectin against nematodoses of wild animals
At present, there are no pharmaceutical forms of antiparasitic drugs suitable for free feeding to wild animals. Ivermectin was used to develop Ivorsol salt briquettes given in mind its high anthelminthic activity, excellent mixing with salt and absence of odor. The efficacy and safety of drug for wild ungulates have been noted. Residual amounts of ivermectin were reduced in the organs below the detectable level of HBVC 3 weeks after stopped accessing the deers to Ivirsolt briquettes. It’s not allowed to use animal slaughter products for human consumption during this period. Key words: anthelmintics, boar, deer, elk, embryotoxicity, helminthes, ivermectin, rat, teratogenicity, toxicology, wild animals.

The analysis of the biochemical profile of cows of the second half of the dry period is carried out. An increase in serum glucose concentration by 5,1%, cholesterol by 49,8 % is associated with a trend towards a subsequent decrease in the interval from the ovule to the first insemination and an increase of 20,8 % in milk production in 100 days of lactation. The results obtained can be used to predict the reproductive capacity and milk productivity of cows in subsequent lactation. Key words: cows, dry period, glucose, cholesterol, reproduction, milk production.
